OUR BACKGROUND

Phoenix Recycling and Shredding, Inc. was formed primarily as a vehicle to create paid work opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities.  We now employ over  30 persons with developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries.  For many of the individuals we employ their job means much more than a paycheck.  Innumerable gains have been made in the areas of friendships, social skills and both self-esteem and self-discipline.

Although providing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities is still a significant concern our organizational goals have expanded considerably.  Phoenix Recycling and Shredding, Inc. has now developed the framework to become a regional leader in both the recycling and document destruction industries.

Phoenix Recycling and Shredding, Inc. currently enjoys a loyal base of customers whom recognize the superior customer service and competitive pricing that we provide.

Our goals are:
